im using v3016, when i install 3020 som butons desapear and it change the behaviors of the automatisations, any idea?

The buttons under the tickets are now controlled by Automation Commands instead of the Payment Types. You still use Payment Types for the Payment screen, but for fast payments you use an Automation button, Rule and Action (Pay Ticket)
ok, but i have a departament (take away) or fast food, that you shouldnt be able to close the ticket after add an item, the only posibility could be pay it, but now the close buton it is activate after add an item, how can it change this?
Close button activates but does not close ticket. Hereafter close button is an automation command so you can configure "Enabled States" to fine tune visual state or if you want you can complately hide it on that department.
sorry, but i cant understand how its work now, what i need it is when ticket its empty or i erase every item i be able to change the departament, and i cant at the moment
ok, but at the moment if i add products in mostrador, and then i erase it a cant change department
You can click close to close the ticket and change department.
