Identify the user who created ticket and who settled the ticket

Hey,

It seems there is a way in V3 to trace the user who created the ticket order and who settled the ticket.

How can I check this.

Ok, I can see the user who created the ticket.

How can I trace who settled the ticket?

Evail you can log any important ticket event that you need. You can use "Add Ticket Log" and "Display Ticket Log" actions.

By handling "payment received" rule you can log payment type, tendered amount and other needed info. It will automatically store the user name and date time with that log line.

When you need to display ticket log you can call "Display Ticket Log" action with an automation command linked to a button.

This is not limited with payments. By handling related rules you can log any other needed action. For example ticket prints, moving ticket to a different table or splitting tickets.
