Migrating from v2 to v3?

Hello everyone,

as there has been done a lot on v2, is there a way to migrate from v2 to v3? or we have to start from downloading v3 and start from there?

Sorry we don't have a migrate tool yet. Before starting that I need to bring V3 to a more stable state.
